Terms of use

1. Acceptance

By creating a ChefStudio account you accept these terms of use, the legal notice and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

ChefStudio lets you store private recipes, organise them and calculate quantities for different numbers of guests. The service is free. The Owner (FalquePaws) may add, change or withdraw features, giving reasonable notice when a change substantially affects usage.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 14 years old and provide a valid email address.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity carried out with your account.
  • You can delete your account at any time from "Settings". Deletion is irreversible.

4. Your content

The recipes, ingredients, steps and notes you enter are yours. You grant us only the licence needed to store them, show them to you and generate the calculations and documents you request. Ingredients you propose may be added to the shared catalog after review by an administrator; in that case only the ingredient name is added, never personal data or your recipes.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Enter unlawful or offensive content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
  • Attempt to access other users' data or bypass security measures.
  • Use automated systems to overload the service.

Breaches may lead to suspension or deletion of the account.

6. Availability and warranties

The service is provided "as is". We make daily backups, but we recommend exporting your data regularly from "Settings". Quantity calculations are an aid: always review the result before cooking for large groups.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Owner is not liable for indirect damages or data loss caused by events beyond its control. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by consumer protection law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version will be published on this page with its date. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept it.
