ChefStudio is a web application that lets registered users store recipes, state how many servings they are written for and calculate ingredient quantities for a different number of guests. Accessing and using the site makes you a user and implies acceptance of this legal notice, the terms of use and the privacy policy.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

The design, source code, texts, logos and other elements of the application belong to the Owner or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. The recipes and content entered by each user remain their sole property; the Owner only stores them to provide the service.

4. Liability

The Owner does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service or the absence of errors, although reasonable measures will be taken to correct them. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter and for the use they make of the resulting calculations. The Owner is not liable for damages arising from improper use of the application or from information entered by users.
